Delivery Costs – UK Mainland

Our fast next-day delivery on standard orders ensures a smooth shopping journey from beginning to end.
All orders are sent with a next day service however on occasions there can be unforeseen delays in transit. No refunds for delivery costs will be issued whereby the delay is caused by a 3rd party.
Not all products are on a next day service, if the item comes directly from the manufacturer or via a 3rd party then this can take a little longer. The lead time for each product is displayed in the specification contained within the description on every product page.
All orders are sent by recognised couriers and require a signature upon receipt
Delivery is £6.95 + VAT for orders under £20 (ex VAT)
Delivery is £5.95 + VAT for orders under £85 (ex VAT)
Delivery is FREE for orders over £85 (ex VAT)
There is a £5 delivery surcharge for any products manufactured by BeeSwift under a total of £60.
There is a £2 delivery surcharge for any products manufactured by Acco Brands under a total of £85.
This is due to high delivery cost and the products delivered directly from the manufacturer.
Some products such as furniture carry additional delivery charges due to being bulky items. Any costs will be clearly advertised on the product page
Orders received prior to 17:00 will be processed and dispatched the same day Monday-Friday.
Orders received after 17:00 cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery.
Any order placed after 17:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery Costs – British Isles, Highlands, NI
We are able to deliver outside of the UK Mainland however there are limitations on products.
Our standard delivery charge for these locations is £13.95 + VAT
For Orders over £75 + VAT this is charged at a reduced rate of £5.95 + VAT
