What is your returns & refunds policy? 

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order then we’ll refund or replace the product subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below. 
This policy is also detailed in the Terms and Conditions whenever you shop with us. 

 
You may choose to return a Product for any reason provided that: 

  • You notify us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt and 
  • the Product is in an unused condition - it needs to still be in its original unopened packaging unmarked and undamaged. 

If the terms of condition listed above apply then we will contact you with a returns number.  

The cost of returning an item is payable by the customer. If you would like for us to arrange collection then this is an option however the cost of collection will be deducted from any refund.  

Due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water. 

To return a product, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value. 

In some instances a restocking fee is payable up to 30% of the cost of goods. This is something imposed onto us by some suppliers and when incurred will be passed on to the customer. Prior to arranging the return we will notify the customer of any potential charges and will be deducted from the credit issued after successful return.  

Once the Products are back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resalable conditions we will then process the refund. 

The refund/credit will be in respect of the price of the Product, this will be as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of us receiving the Product in our warehouse. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge of the returned product. 

Refunds will not be given for any carriage/delivery charges unless the product is faulty.  

 

Non Returnable Items 

Unfortunately there are some products we are unable to return. These include water and foodstuffs. In addition to these, there are some technology products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer that are non-returnable.  

If a product is non-returnable then it is indicated clearly in both search results and at the top of the product page with the non-returnable symbol. Where possible we will liaise with you prior to dispatching these items to ensure you understand and agree however by completing your order you accept this condition.  


 

Faulty and Damaged Items 

Faulty and Damaged items must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt.  

Any items that are damaged or faulty will be collected and replaced at our cost.
